Dan Beath
Founder
Dan began his working career as an automotive engineer and gradually made his way into engineering management over his 30-year career. He began his journey into real estate in 2012 with a rental purchase in Holland. Since then he has enjoyed working with many homeowners, tenants, and home buyers and loves what he does. He is experienced in wholesaling, rehab, rentals, single-family and multi-family properties and is an integral part of the day-to-day operations. In his off time, he enjoys hanging out with family and friends, grilling, and sitting around the campfire.
Levi Painter
Rehab Manager
Levi has been working in the trades since high school. Working for his father, who was a builder in Michigan for 20 plus years, before moving on and working for a trim carpenter. Levi honed his skill before starting his handyman business in 2016. Levi now works as the rehab manager, he manages the crew and coordinates with all subcontractors to ensure a great finished project, restoring old homes to their former glory. Levi loves spending time with his wife and three kids, hunting, and sports.
Doug Broekhuizen
Property Manager
Doug spent 37 years operating large equipment and purchasing lumber at Millerknoll furniture and retired in 2022. He then joined his son Nate at Cornerstone Real Estate Management as Property Manager. In addition to managing properties at Michigan Home Relief, he also manages a number of rental properties for five owners and four condo associations throughout the West Michigan area. In his free time he enjoys backpacking sections of the Appalachian Trail and all types of exercise.
Hannah Beath
Office Manager
Hannah began her career in office administration while completing her finance degree at Davenport University. She has used her skills in multiple ways and most recently by joining Michigan Home Relief as Office Manager. Hannah seeks to keep the operations running efficiently. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys playing the piano and spending time with her husband and dog.
Nate Broekhuizen
Retail Sales
Nate has been in real estate for over seven years and is an associate Broker with EXP Realty. He has a passion for helping people navigate various real estate markets. Known for his personalized approach and attention to detail, Nate takes the time to understand his client’s needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Beyond the business, Nate loves spending time boating, reading, and enjoying the company of friends and family.
